CEO Security Coaching

I don’t know what I don’t know can be the response from CEOs as they deal with the cyber security within their company. 

My response to that is, I know what you don’t know. 

It helps to have an independent 3rd party coaching by a security professional with 39 years of security experience.  The collaboration will be confidential and enlightening.

For example, you may have had a cyber security incident, and your internal team resolved the issue.  Are you still OK? 

What do you need to do to ensure it won’t happen again?  What does your business now need?  What software, hardware, database, applications, policies, procedures, playbooks, and training are needed?  What 3rd party help do you need?  

Do you have cyber security insurance and is it adequate?  How can you drill or exercise better for future incidents?  What security awareness do your employees need?
